ATHLETIC BENEFITS

Student-Athletes will:
• Learn the basic fundamentals of football.
(i.e. running, tackling, blocking)
• Learn to compete with self-discipline, respect, and confidence in their ability.
• Participate in offensive and defensive drills competition and flag football.
